The landscape of the country’s premier district will change once again with Vista Residences’ sixth high-rise property in Makati. Named Salcedo Square, this is a P1.5 billion project that will offer an urban oasis for young professionals seeking a home, a worthy investment, or both.

The launch party was held recently at the RCBC Tower where guests were given the first glimpse of a scale model of the condominium development. The sleek structure is set to soar to 30 stories high, overlooking Salcedo Village – one of the country’s most progressive residential areas in the heart of Makati.

Present at the launch were senior managers of Vista Residences: Beth Tolentino, Red Rosales, Beth Kalaw, Dada de Guzman, Teresa Tumbaga, Ivy Villanueva, Loida Nacario, Joy Fernandez, Fe Rebancos and Bong Molina. Also gracing the event were Senator Manny Villar, his wife Congresswoman Cynthia Villar, and from Casas+Architects, Arch. Carmelo Casas and Arch. Jim Abaloyan.

“This is an exciting moment for us,” said Makati Division Head Red Rosales. “The launch serves to strengthen our presence in Makati, specifically at the heart of the central business district which is a sought-after address. Salcedo Square affords its residents the convenience of living just literally a skip and a hop away from the country’s premier commercial establishments, retail centers, educational institutions, and hospitals. At the same time, it is situated in a more residential area where parks, quaint shops, and jogging trails lined with trees make for a cozier neighborhood.”

The project offers studio and one-bedroom units with an average of only 20 units per floor. Its amenities will include a social hall, swimming pool, WiFi lounge, game room, fitness gym and a sunken deck for an al fresco dining area.

The building will be equipped with CCTV system, WiFi-ready facilities, round-the-clock security, concierge services at the lobby, standby generator, full-time building administrator and property management, two residential elevators and a separate service lift, and a water reservoir and fire reserves.

“We are proud to be able to offer a new property that reflects the rapidly changing lifestyle that characterizes this city,” said Rosales. “We are looking forward to breaking ground and witnessing how this project changes the skyline of Makati.”
